Do you offer rush delivery or agency pricing?: Not in this first version. Expedited 24-hour reports and 5-site agency packs are planned for the next release. Subscribe to the mailing list or contact us if you need either now.
Can I get my money back if Stripe still rejects me?: No. Our work is informational and our refund policy covers undelivered reports or material factual errors only. We never promise Stripe outcomes; refunds tied to Stripe's decision would misrepresent what we do.
What happens 30 days after I get my report?: We send one reminder email offering a fresh free scan. That's the only follow-up — no subscription enrollment, no upsell sequence.
Why is the free scan free?: Because it's mostly rule-based and doesn't involve a human editor. The free tier exists to validate whether we're worth paying for.
Do you have phone or live chat support?: Not in this MVP phase. Email response is within one business day.
