Delivery Policy
How MerchantReady delivers paid digital readiness reports, PDFs, and Policy Pack files after payment and intake are complete.
1. Digital service only
MerchantReady sells a digital, human-reviewed readiness report. We do not ship physical goods. There are no shipping fees, carrier tracking numbers, customs duties, import fees, or physical return processes for our paid report product.
2. What you receive
A completed paid report normally includes:
- A secure customer report page
- A PDF version of the final report where PDF rendering is available
- A downloadable Policy Pack zip with editable policy templates
- One follow-up clarification by email about the delivered report
3. Delivery timeline
Our target delivery window is within 1 business day after both payment is confirmed and complete intake details are received. If your intake is incomplete, your website is unavailable, or the business category requires extra review, we may ask follow-up questions before final delivery.
Weekends, public holidays, payment provider outages, email delivery issues, and third-party AI or Cloudflare outages may extend the target window. If delivery is materially delayed, you can request a refund under our Refund Policy.
4. Delivery method
We deliver by email to the address used in your intake or payment. The email includes the report link and any downloadable files available for your order. For security, report links use unpredictable tokens and can be revoked if we detect misuse.
5. Access problems
If you do not receive the delivery email, first check spam and promotions folders, then contact support@merchantready.org from the purchase email address. Include your audit ID if you have it.
6. What delivery does not include
- We do not log in to your Stripe account or any payment dashboard
- We do not contact Stripe, Creem, card networks, banks, or issuers on your behalf
- We do not guarantee processor approval, reinstatement, fund release, payout timing, or dispute results
- We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice
