For questions about a free scan, a paid report, or how the service works:

- Response: within 1 business day during weekdays
- Hours: we operate asynchronously; we do not offer phone support in this MVP phase
2. Billing and refunds
For invoice copies, payment failures, or refund requests, write to the same address with the audit ID from your delivery email:

- Refund eligibility is defined in our Refund Policy
3. Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, send a written request from the email associated with your account:
- support@merchantready.org with subject "Data request — [access | correction | export | deletion]"
- We respond within 30 days. Identity verification may be required

4. Security disclosure
If you have discovered a vulnerability, please report it responsibly:

- Please describe the issue, reproduction steps, and any potential impact
- Do not exploit the issue beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it
- We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and to remediate critical issues within 7 days

To save your time:
- We do not contact Stripe on your behalf about your account
- We do not advocate for your application or appeal with Stripe
- We do not recover held funds, unfreeze accounts, or reverse closures
- We do not accept Stripe credentials of any kind
- We do not offer real-time chat or phone support in this MVP phase
